Our first in our new Independence themed designs will released this Monday, June 24th!
We chose to look at the year 1960 for one simple reason. Between January and December of 1960, 17 sub-Saharan African nations gained independence from their former European colonists. It's an important year where we witnessed the emergence of Africa as a major force and Pan-Africanism spread across the continent, and the world.
We want to honor the culmination of these independence movements with designs that celebrate each of these new nations. Our first set consists of Benin, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Mauritania, Senegal, and Somalia.
